The theme of the IV CyberSecurity Conference was ‘Unite and Act’. Attacks on industrial systems have become a critical threat that is global in nature and poses a danger not only to the economy but also people’s lives. In these circumstances, joint efforts by experts from different sectors and even countries are required.
The event have brought together leading IT security specialists working with industrial systems, as well as senior management from the electric power, atomic, engineering, transport, oil and gas, mining and other industries. The main topic of the conference remains unchanged every year – trends in ICS cybersecurity. The participants learn about the threats currently jeopardizing industrial systems and those likely to emerge in the near future. They also get practical advice on what needs to be done to successfully combat them.
Within the conference framework there was also a final competition stage - Capture The Flag (CTF) - to detect vulnerabilities on working industrial models.
